EPISODE #32 | 9:30 AM, Monday, November 30, 2020
COVID-19 community check edition:
What did you do for Thanksgiving?
Special guests: our listeners!

Join popular radio host Terry Base and Garcia Williams, executive director of The Medi, for a special #COVID19 conversation on Monday! This #MediMonday episode will be dedicated to YOU, our listening audience.

Given the changes to the 2020 Thanksgiving holiday due to the pandemic, we want to hear about our listenerers' experiences during your Thanksgiving celebrations! We all received many messages from the CDC and other public health experts, including South Carolina state epidemiologist Dr. Linda Bell on last week's #MediMonday episode, regarding how our holiday celebrations might be different and activities to consider as we planned how to reorient our family traditions. Now we want to open up the lines to our listeners to hear the ways you worked to keep your loved ones safe from the coronavirus over the holiday weekend!

On behalf of the staff, management, and families of The Medi and WJNI Gospel Radio, we thank you for your continued support and commitment to our broadcast, and wish you a safe and enjoyable holiday with your family and friends.

Tune in every Monday morning to WJNI 106.3 FM or listen online at www.wjnigospel.com for a new, local conversation about COVID-19 and how it's affecting under-served populations, with information and experts that can't be found anywhere else. Past episodes of MEDI MONDAYS: The Coronavirus Edition can also be found at www.themedi.org/Medi-Mondays-Coronavirus.
