EPISODE #4 | 9:30 AM, Monday, May 4, 2020
COVID-19 and mental health
Guest: Jada McCray, executive director of BTST Services mental health clinic

Join Jada McCray, executive director of mental health organization BTST Services, popular radio host Terry Base, and Garcia Williams, executive director of The Medi, for a #COVID19 conversation about how the coronavirus relates to mental health.

Jada MCray, LCSW-C, hosts a weekly live Facebook session called "Mental Health Moment." It's always open to the public and is a free, informative, and fun way to engage with a licensed mental health therapist, ask questions about mental health, and learn how to effectively cope with stress and the COVID-19 pandemic.

She leads BTST Services, a community-based outpatient mental health clinic providing individual and family therapy, medication management, and psychiatric rehabilitation services. Its mission is to meet people where they are. This mantra has never been more relevant than now, considering home isolation and social distancing. To support positive mental health BTST Services has doubled down to create and provide an array of mental health content for the public.

Tune in every Monday morning to WJNI 106.3 FM or listen online at www.wjnigospel.com for a new, local conversation about COVID-19 and how it's affecting under-served populations, with information and experts that can't be found anywhere else. Past episodes of MEDI MONDAYS: The Coronavirus Edition can also be found at www.themedi.org/Medi-Mondays-Coronavirus
